Shawna is ZGlobal’s Business Operations Director providing support to the business and contributing to the long-term development of ZGlobal. Since 2007, Shawna has continued to contribute to ZGlobal’s Business Operations department. Shawna is responsible for planning, supervising, human resources, payroll, accounting, finance, insurance, banking office management, client contracts, payables, receivables, collateral posting, weekly invoice processing with CAISO and ERCOT, risk monitoring, collateral calculation and helps to maximize the business profit while ensuring quality services to our clients. She also manages approximately over $500 million in annual energy transactions for ZGlobal’s Energy Scheduling clients.
